all right people...i havent heard back from anyone yet....(i have been busy too...went all night lazer tagging, skating and much much more with 70+ middle schoolers (youth group outing) it was amazing..did lots of running around and stayed active all night!
i would like to see your answers to your homework questions...please try to post this asap....we are all in this together..we can help and encourage one another...and we are going to have to be honest with ourselves ...lets try to get those answers in...i will post my answers first..on the next post..immediately after this one.
lets focus on: water intake (we have to drink lots of water!)
staying active- get off the couch, get moving a little more
everyday !
and being aware of what food goes into our mouths...dont over indulge, stay away from junk foods, eat more fresh fruit and veggies and whole grains...less processed food the better..
any good recipes? healthful, helpful tips? lets share...
