oh yea and get moving! do something active today for atleast 30 minutes! i sent everyone a request to add me to their buddy list...i was not able at the time to type ( i think that my 2 year old messed up my other keyboard-oops..but, when i get a chance later on today i will send you all a little booster ...until then im going to get my house cleaned up, feed my kids, go to the gym, have a Fab Friday Celebration, and then go all night lazer tagging and skating with my oldest and her youth group! but, first i need to make a business call (my husband and i run our own Granite countertops business on the side) MAKE IT AN AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL DAY!
