Well, I'll be the one to disagree.*
A great big YES to the tea, decaf or not.** The theory behind not counting tea or coffee is that caffiene is a diuretic, well, the effects are very mild.* Google it.**New research shows that the*diuretic effect is so slight that it's just not a big deal.* So, I say count tea. Plus, if it helps you get in more liquid...well, why not?
Lemonade, as long as it's*sugar free I'd say go ahead.* But do make sure you get some*plain water in too, just for good measure.* *
