Here is my plan for the week:
1. Again, be really strict on no more than 1400 calories a day.
2. 64 ozs of water a day
3. take my vitamins
4. cardio (at least 30 min) 3 days a week
5. strength training 3 days a week
6. long work out, cardio and strength mixed on Saturday
7. 4 team challenges a day
8. log on and cheer, support and harrass (in fun) my buddies!
