Oh yesterday was so hard! I stayed under 1400 calories and did a 20 minute cardio/strength training session. Knowing the weigh in was coming saved me. I just kept thinking about how much I wanted that one pound, and to do right by my team. Thanks you all!!
So this morning, the weigh in said one more pound down!! YeeHaw!!
