Quick post and I'm hoping to check back later...we have visitors today. Anyhow, my sistah Cheryl got an ear full last night right after my WW meeting, I'm up on the scale and heard just 1lb...I get off thinking..I'll take it cause I was at least expecting a 2lb loss...well I look at the paper and I gained 1lb

..I was just burnt!! I was okay after talking to Cheryl, our bodies are tricky and TOM was here too but it sucks after all the workouts and journaling. I'll just keep at it! HAPPY FRIDAY TO ALL !!
