Here are the goals for this week!
1. Try to stay under 1200 calories (no more than 1400), and eat right
2. Drink my 8 glasses of water daily!!!!
3. Keep hitting the gym 6 days a week.
4. Keep Blogging Daily
5. Keep Food Journaling Daily
6. No Chocolate
7. No Eating after 8pm
