O.K. I am in again..............will pledge 4 days but shooting for 5.
Sun.---------DVD (aerobics..40 minutes)
Mon--------- 70 min. treadmill (7 miles); 20 min. weights (chest, tri's)
Tues.-------- 60 min. stairclimber; 20 min. weights (back, bi's)
Wed.-------- 45 min. eliptical; 15 min. stairclimber
Thurs.------- 45 min. treadmill (4 miles)...going to see George Strait...WhoHoo!
Fri.---------- 45 min. treadmill (4.25 miles); 15 min. eliptical; 20 min. weights (legs)
Sat.--------- 45 min. stationary bike
