MY PLAN FOR THE WEEK

7 -200 calorie meals

MWF -- 30 minutes Abs, back and CORE

TThSa -- 30 Minutes Arms and legs

Sunday --- OFF

DAILY -- 15 minutes Cardio - JOGGING

Water -- 8 to 10 glasses per day!

FUN -- EVERYDAY!!!
