Ok cats, here are my goals for the week:
1. UNDER 1400 cals a day!
2. 64 ozs of water a day, at least!
3. drink more green tea!
4. take my vitamins
5. eat more citrus
6. 3 days 30-40 minutes cardio
7. 3 days strength training
8. 4 team challenges a day
9. 60 stomach exercises and 60 bridges per nite
10. 60 triceps lifts on cardio days
11. provide cheer, help and tough love and harrassment to my buddies!!!
