Good morning girlies,
Sitting here eating my cheerios before child#2 comes in to hang with all of us, hope the stress level stays down. I was able to squeeze in an extra workout day Fri., felt pretty good..think it was call Turbo, kick, punch & abs it was awesome and I felt that pretty good...Jen I think you would like this one! I was hoping to get a walk in but we might just hang with the kiddos, I'll drop like Barb and do some crunches. Hope everyone has a great Sunday!

Terry~I feel bad about you swollen feet that it hurts me to kick you! I agree with Jen, at least you were chugging water instead of the alcohol. Do lots of healthy veggies today...hope it goes down ((HUGS)))
