yippee macy's is history. Pledging 5 days this week. May be doing belly dancing starting next mon so need to start some of those exercises again. My form is way off. Jen be careful of those knees!!
Sun- 25 min walk and do belly dance video 30 min
Mon rest
Tues car accident
Wed not sure how the rest of the week will go, will see how I feel tonight!!- none
Thursfeeling better 30 mn strider
Fri 30 min strider
Sat 2 hrs walking!!!
won't make goal due to accident
