Good morning ladies.
I am up earlier than usual, but I have got to get some cleaning in this morning before I start all my errands and lord knows I need to nair my legs!
Scout seems a bit better this morning. He is walking around more and is definately awake! I did notice last night that his leg was quite swollen, I am guessing it might be a bit of an abcess fromt he bite, but since pus was coming out at the vet and he is on antibiotics, he should be alright. I will just keep putting warm compresses on it for the next couple of days to see if that helps. Kevin was laughing so hard at me last night about the compresses and the fact that he is on antibiotics. But I was just now watching him and he is DEFINATELY walking on that leg 1000% better than yesterday.
Speaking of Kevin, he should be done with the job he is on the week of the 21st. Where he goes after that, I don't know yet, but it would be nice if he was home for a couple of dyas in between.
Jess did REALLY good at her game last night, but definately needs help in the making shots department. I can't help much with shots, unless they are tequila! LOL So after we get Garrett from the donor, we are picking up a couple of her girlfriends and then heading to the Y. They can practice in the gym doing shots, then after that we are going to swim. I do not give a shit how bad I look in a bathing suit. The point is to get that activity in and eventually I won't look that bad in it! After the swimming, I will be hoping that the racquetball room is available and hopefully take the kids in therre to play handball for a bit.
Last night I got a few more squares done for the afghan. I am not going to be able to get much done there tonight as I brought work home that I really need to do tonight.
Ohhhh and I still do not have anyone to watch the kids tomorrow night so I can go to my meeting, so now I might just go wi and leave. I was thinking about going to the Tuesday morning meeting instead, but I have a check run that morning.
