lol liz...i do not, i just know what i'm making the family for dinner, so it;s
easier for me to plan around it. usually i would plan breakfast and lunch first-and end up not having enough points to cover the dinner i was making.
this is my approach at being realistic and not making this super on hard on myself. i do know there is a woman who has a book out that lost a lot of weight eating dinner for breakfast.
