O.K. I pledge 4 days this week.
Sun.--3 mile jog in the park:
Mon.--40 min.(jog) on treadmill; 20 min. on the eliptical; 25 weights!!!!
Tues.--40 min. stairclimber; 20 min. eliptical; 20 min. weights (back and bi's)
Wed.-- None today...have a date after work! WooHoo! Will make up for it tomorrow at the gym!
Thurs.--1 hour and 50 minutes (11 miles on the treadmill @ 10 minute miles) WHEW!
Fri.-- 30 min.;20 min.;20 legs--weights
Sat.--30 min. stairclimber; 20 min. eliptical; 20 min. weights
