Sun- 1 hr. Jog/Walk in park (60crunches & 60 side crunches) DONE!
Mon- 120 crunches & 20 push-ups (In late) DONE!
Tues-40 mins. Turbo Jam & 20 mins. Turbo Abs DONE!
Wed- Turbo Sculpt DONE!
Thurs-
Fri-
Sat-
