Re: Valentine's Walking Challenge!
ok so far today I have 4 miles in, I am aiming for 2 more miles real soon. I have a 7:30 appt. with the treadmill. I made some diet soup today to last me the week and made a fruit smoothie today too. Very tasty. (Had to make son a vanilla milkshake, brat) So How was everyone's first day of the New Year?
