Alright, I'm in, but I'm gonna do it a wee bit differently. I'm pledging to remain OP while starting 45 days of consecutive body movement. I think exercise is key for me. I can follow the plan when I'm moving the body.

I liked what Allison was doing, so that's where I'm going. Even if it's just a 30 minute walk, I'm exercising DAILY starting 1/1/07 (hangover or not

I'm also going back to the ABS challenge. Some of you probably remember the original ones from back in the day. I think we started out at 100 daily and increased it by 50 every week, right? I know when I pooped out, I was getting about 500 crunches a day in.

Exercise:
My official start is Jan 7th
