As long as I'm feeling well enough by Jan. 1st! I know I can do the water and points thing but we'll see about the exercise. it may take me longer to get my lungs in gear!

Exercise:
1: cleaned out the garage and put decorations away. worked really hard so I'm counting this as exercise!

3. Already 25 crunches down, will do 25 more this afternoon and 25 tonight. It's easy just to drop to the floor and do them! LOL!
