I'm so glad you said this! I made my card & noticed the "Ride a bike" space & though..how the heck am I going to do that? I don't own a bike.
I'll just replace it with belly dancing. I noticed a free workout on the DVR exercise channel that is on belly dancing & why not try it?!
I walked in place for 15 minutes today & before I realized it, I had walk 40 minutes. I was watching TV so the time flew by.
