Cheryl, I think I gained your whole 56 pounds that you have lost. I just have to take them off. I am fixing to go home and me and Shelby are going to go get two miles in at the park. Then I plan to go home and do two miles on my gazelle. I need to do something. I will check back in a bit. Angie
