My Plans and goal for the week:
1. Take my vitamins.
2. Eat healthy and drink lots of water.
3. Workout to my DvD, make a plan that I can stick to all week.
4. Take my son to playground.
5. Log on more and support my team and my partner.
MY goal is to lose at least 1 pound this week.
