1. Stay op
2. Take pills
3. Pack more stuff for the move
4. 1200 to 1600 calorie cycling
5. exercise at least 5 days a week
* Walk all of these days for minimum of 1.5miles
* Do Challenges at least 4x's this week
* Start doing some allstar workouts' 2x's a week +
6. Stay in touch with my partner
7. Get online everyday and read the forums and be supportive
8. Journal Everyday w/ my motivational book[/size]
