Ok my plan for the week:
1. UNDER 1400 close to 1300 cals a day
2. cardio 3 times a week
3. strength training 3 times a week
4. 4 team challenges a day
5. walk at lunch for 20 minutes 3 times this week
6. drink 64 oz of water a day
7. take my vitamins
8. cheer support and harrass my team mates, lol
