My plans / goals for the week:
*No JUNK food!!
*Research caloric needs for my weight w/ pregnancy
*GET BACK TO TAKING VITAMINS!!
*Cardio -- not sure how much at this point but no strength
*Water, water, water -- guess I should be more specific but I already go to the bathroom 100 times a day so no promises
*Healthy eating within my calorie range (whatever that is)
*Support my buddies
