Hey this is a great challenge. Im starting mine from tomorrow

GOAL: do 30min - 45min cardio 4/5 times and strength training 3 times this week
eat not more than 1200 calories..STAY AWAY FROM THE CHOCOLATE..OR SIMPLY THE KITCHEN!!!
