thank you everyone for all the replies! the thing is that i always make sure i eat something before a lecture and im never actually hungry when my stomach growls. it's just as soon as i get into the lecture, my stomach starts going, it's really weird! i think it's more psychological - like the fear of my stomach making noise lol.
