3. 4.5 miles-90 minutes
4. 2 miles-30 minutes and 60 minutes of cardio
5. Skipped cardio/walking today-ankle injury(will try some team challenges tommorrow)
6. No cardio/walking. Did complete 4 team challenges-30 min
