Hey John, there are three groups. The Wildcats, Hotrods, and Worker Bees. Each week there is a serious post and a cheer post where you can log into the forum posted for your group and everyone puts down their goals for the week and any motivational stuff for the teams. Each team weighs in once a week and at the end of the week which ever team has lost the most weight wins. I just joined worker bees and I love it. Good luck with your weightloss!
