Tasha, I agree that if you stick to your plans you'll lose weight. So, no need to shoot for a certain number. I think sometimes that just leads to disappointment. I just go for a loss period.
Lara, I thought that plan looked familiar! But, you chose a good one to imitate. After all, look at Molly's success rate!
Shari, did I read that right? AT LEAST 1500 calories per day? Are you planning to go over that or did you mean to say "no more than"?
