MY goals for the week:
*Eat max. 1500 calories.
*Complete my Dvd, add at least 3 challenges to my workout.
*Take my son to the pool/playground at least 3x this week and go out for nightly walks weather permiting.
*Take my vitamins and introduce a new veg for me and baby.
*Drink at least 64 oz. daily ( I'm really short on water intake)
* Log on at least once a day to support buddies.
