My Plan for this Week:- Eat no more than 1200 calories daily.
- Complete at least 50 minutes of CARDIO five days this week.
- Complete at least 30 minutes of CARDIO on the other two days of this week.
- Complete at least two team challenges per day.
- Try to drink about 80 oz. of water and/or green tea every day.
- Take vitamins/supplements every day.
- Incorporate whey protein isolate into at least one meal per day.
- Support team & buddies.
- Hopefully lose two pounds this week.
