Last week, we got back to the basics. This week, I want us to kick it up a notch. Add 15 minutes to your "regular" CARDIO workout each day. If you are already doing 60 minutes or more of CARDIO, don't add more time, increase the intensity! High intensity CARDIO is how we lose the weight Cats!! The strength training is great as well because it builds muscle (and muscle burns fat) but if you want to lose the gut, increase the intensity of your CARDIO!!
