I want to sign up to do this again and really do it this time. I am listing my activity this way just for my info. Sorry if it bother's others.
October
1st - 3 miles walk away the pounds for abs for 45 minutes in the am
2nd - 3 miles walk away the pounds for abs for 45 minutes in the am
3rd - None today, my body was to sore
4th - 3 miles walk away the pounds for abs for 45 minutes in the am
5th - None today, I whacked my heel on a table yesterday so I took today off
