Hey girlies!!! Sorry it is so late but I was getting so much needed work time in ...so I have the thread open in another window so I can make this work today....forgot to mention yesterday that my weight stayed the same ..nobody's fault but mine...I did get up this morning and exercise with Denise Austin and Fit for Life....I have got to get motivated!!!!
