Sue- Happy house hunting! We plan on moving in about a year and I have already started pulling flyers and getting ideas in the neighborhood. There are so many houses for sale right now! We thought about a pool too but are concerned about the extra costs and maintenance too! Good luck! Thanks for the advice on the Wendie plan and changing things up. I haven't tried it yet. May wait until after TOM is gone and new weigh in.........
