Just wanna feel better. Being tired all the time or breaking a sweat at the smallest task is embarrassing. Every time I think about it I shake my head wondering 'why?' have I let myself go. Many times I think we become so comfortable in the life and skin we are in that we don't wanna change. Well I'm really hating my skin I'm in and the life its forcing me to lead so I'm on for better things......a healthy life, better eating habits and exercise. Go me
