It took forever for the Reply to Thread box to pop up so I am hoping that I don't have a hard time posting today..... I tried to update my home page yesterday and it didn't work. I posted a recipe with a picture and tried to update my photo and neither worked. I might try again today.
I got on the scale today and it is down .8. I'll take it! I think I will start weighing daily so I can keep a better eye on what's going on! I am also going to take your suggestion Jen and look up the Wendie Plan and maybe try starting that on Monday.... My DD's birthday is coming up and she wants to go to a Chinese Buffet this weekend! Uh oh.... Actually, I can usually make pretty good choices but I still overeat..... I usually try to stick with vegetables, sushi, and boiled shrimp. On Sunday we plan on going to Six Flags one last time before Summer is over. I am already getting white again from not being out in the sun much lately! I think I might try a self tanner this winter. I just hate looking pale! So anyway, I'm rambling......There are no classes I attend at the gym today so may either walk in the neighborhood or just walk on the treadmill. I have all the ingrediants for my Veggie/ Chicken soup so I look forward to making that today.
