in an oven proof dish place a few boneless skinless chicken breast, dump a bottle of salsa over them and cover.* Bake at 350 until the chicken can be easily shredded (You may need to add more salsa, I find that's more of an issue when I make this on the stove top).* Serve with rice or tortillas.* This one is crazy easy and every loves it.
