Day 17
- Monday
Took vitamins
drank lots of water
Ran 4 miles
Strength trained at the gym for about 20 minutes for abs & legs
Ate lots of fruit
and added in some raw veggies
had a V-8 to get in some extra vitamins from veggies
No red meat
Ate fish and some whole grain rice
Did core team challenges
Thought this was a great and healthy day. A+
