Re: Wonder Woman's Personal "Real Age" Challenge
Day 6
-Took vitamin pack
-Drank lots of water (still doing it)
-Ate fruit
-Ate grains
-very very little red meat
-Ate turkey burger for dinner
-Did 3 out of 4 team challenges which included leg work.
-Did 15 to 20 minutes of arm and shoulder work at gym
-Ran 3 miles (don't want to over do it)
Today was good. Little sore but not bad.
