HHHMMM my goals for August:
  • *to drink a min. of 8 glasses of water a day
  • to walk for 1-3 miles a day for 5 days
  • to do a video (cardio, ab, etc.) 3 days a wk.
  • to push myself as hard as I can to get motivated..(in July I did great for the first few wks. but then I had a major downslide)
  • to be happy with myself and my life!!!
