My August workout goals are:
  • To Workout at least 6 days a week
  • To walk at least 30 minutes a day.
  • To Go to the gym at least 3 days a week.
That's pretty much what I did this past week so hopefully I can continue to stick to it! Good luck to everyone else with meeting your goals this month! I think it really helps to post them like this. It's a great motivator. *hugs* to everyone!
