My goal for August is to be able to run for 10 minutes straight on the teadmill. Currently I do 5 minutes each of walk, run, walk, run, walk. I'd like it to be 3 walk, 10 run, 3 walk, 10 run, 3 walk. I'm also shooting to get my weight down to 200 this month!
