Due to your current weight you probably will need to eat a little more depending on the diet plan your following. Remember your metabolism burns up the food in your body if there's nothing then it stores fat!! Go figure and be sure to eat breakfast to jump start your metabolism. Try 6 small meals a day and some type of exercise, drink water and you'll be okay!!!
