I have the Denise Austin "Pilates For Every Body" book and I like it because it show you exactly what muscle group you are working on and it's pretty detailed on how to do the exercises. It also has 5 to 10 minute routines you can do. My old man picks on me and calls it my workout bible. It might help ya!
