This is how the points will work. Each day you can have a total of 50 points. For a total of 350 a week. These are how the points are broken down. ffice

10 points for cardio------ the cardio challenge will be posted.

10 points for strength----- 4 exercises will be posted and a number of repetitions to do. There will be 2 different repetitions 1 for beginners and 1 for advanced. You choose which suits you best when you post your points tell us which you chose (this is important). To get the 10 points you have to do all 4 exercises at the number of reps. If for some reason there is an exercise that you can not do please let me know and I will do a substitution for you. I want everyone to succeed.

10 points for water----- Water is important!!!!!!!! You will get 10 points if you drink at least 8 glasses a day.

10 points for being ON PLAN!!!!! Just what it means. Stay on your plan.

10 points for support. Support is very important!!!!! Go to the support board and show some love, post funny pics, share a story, make some friends, just get on there.
