This is my intro.

My name is Ben, I am 34 years old, married, a parent of 2 (son is 9, daughter is 7). I work at a hospital as a Medical Tech. I plan on taking classes leading to a degree in Nursing.

Currently, I am overweight. I am putting into practice the knowledge I have about eating healthy and doing exercise to lose weight safely.

This challenge sounds like it will make things much more exciting and already it has me looking forward to the end of the week and hopefully posting some nice weight loss amount.

If anyone should have any question for me please do not hesitate to ask.
