Good morning Go Getters,

I posted a nice big long reply and posted it and it got lost...I hate when that happens...Grrrrr!!!


So just wanted to stop in and say that everyone is doing great to keep up the hard work and keep exercising and drink lot's of water expecially with the hotter weather.

Ohhhh and I weighed in last week and lost 1 more pound....Yeahhhh me!
