Hello go-getters. I have joined this group too. I have set a goal for myself to lose 10 pounds this month. Some of it will be a re-loss, but a loss all the same. If I can lose 10 lbs this month, that will put me 10 lbs from my ultimate goal. I hope we all lose what we have set in mind to do!! GO EVERYONE!!!
